Ministerial meeting promotes concert of policies

Luanda - The meeting gathering ministers of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries (CPLP) will promote political concert among member States on matters relating the development of the sector.


 
The information was released Monday to Angop by the spokesperson for the focal points meeting, Claudio de Azevedo.


 
According to the official, the meeting will set out specific tools for developing and coordinating and monitoring of the actions outlined by Higher Education, Science and Technology in the member States of CPLP.


 
He added that the regiment that regulates the meeting of ministers responsible for the sector defines the organisation and functioning way of the meeting.


 
The ministerial meeting comprises officials of Higher Education, Science and Technology, in accordance with internal legislation of each member State.


 
The event that ends Tuesday, with the meeting of ministers of the sector, gathers the incumbent ministers and representatives of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe and East Timor.
