Luanda - Angolan minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Maria Candida Teixeira Monday in Luanda told experts of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) to work for reinforcement of mobility of researchers, teachers and students of the member States.
The minister who was speaking at the opening of the meeting of focal points for cooperation of CPLP, called for greater interaction among higher education institutions, institutes or centres of Scientific Research in those countries.
The incumbent minister also told the experts to work hard on issues supposed to be discussed, such as strengthening of cooperation in the field of independent evaluation of institutions and higher education courses within the CPLP.
The official said that this will boost and consequently increase the quality of training as well as reciprocal and international recognition.
The event is set to end Tuesday and is being attended by the incumbent ministers and representatives of Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tome and Principe and East Timor.
