Luanda - The director of the company “Equilibirum Sistema de Infomação”, Manuel Pedro, said he believes the country will record a high growth in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products and services in the three coming years.
The official was speaking to ANGOP on Sunday in Luanda on the occasion of the first Angola’s International Hall of Information and Communication Technologies held from May 17-20 in Luanda.
He said there are indications of that, mentioning the demand by firms and individuals of services and products related to modern ICTs.
As to the fair, Manuel Pedro said it was successful as it showed that institutions are looking for ICT tools, with the market generally failing to meet the demands.
He said it is through this type of events that ordinary people and businesses realise how good the country is in terms of information and communication technologies.
About his company, Manuel Pedro stressed it provides services related to document management. “We deal with files. Files in institutions today are issues of concern, because they do not consist in organising papers in space, but also at ease we can get this documentation without major disruptions,” he stressed.
