Luanda - The National Department of Technological Innovation Development of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCT) will officially present Tuesday in Luanda the 4th edition of the Angolan Inventor/Creator Fair, ahead of the
international event on Ideas, Inventions and New Products that will take place in Nuremberg, Germany.

According to its director, Gabriel Luis Miguel, who was speaking to Angop on the event, the fair is intended to draw attention to what is going on concerning research and at the same time encourage the adhesion of more creators and inventors.

He also stressed that the event is aimed at developing a national culture based on creativity and innovation that boosts the development of technologies in Angola.

Some 93 inventors, including 20 women, registered until March this year.

The current edition is scheduled to take place from June 23-26 at the Independence Square, in Luanda.
