Luanda – The computers engineer Gaspar Neto Thursday in Luanda considered the hackers as Internet’s  most popular pirates who create programmes capable of breaking in systems with some efficiency.

Speaking to Angop on piracy and its consequences, Gaspar Neto said that one can not speak of piracy in the cybernetic world without mentioning the hackers.

He described hackers as people who use computer systems for various purposes that include leisure and swindle.

 
He said hackers are people with great ability to analyse and assimilate the computer’s science.

 
“Hackers know that there is no system that has no shortcomings. To find them, they use the most varied techniques, as the most diverse the knowledge, the most valuable is the programme intended as a target,” he stated.
