Yeosu - The minister of Environment, Fátima Jardim, is expected soon Yeosu, South Korea, where she will lead an official delegation from Angola at the closing ceremony of Expo 2012, ANGOP learnt from a source with national commission at event.

 
The same source added that are already in South Korea since Sunday, the dean of the Agostinho Neto University, Orlando da Mata, and Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Joao Silva, who will seize the opportunity to make official contacts with South Korean authorities.

 
According to the guest list of the national commission that reached Angop, are also in this country, among others, the counsellor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Joao Fortuna Pessela, and vice President of Industrial Association of Angola (AIA), Eliseu Gaspar.

 
Angola has enjoyed performing this event in Yeosu to promote the image of the Manatee (manatee) and Angola LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas).

 
The national commission set up in a gallery exhibition and audiovisual display various themes, such as the Port of Lobito (Benguela), railways and coastal area of Angola, from the mouth of the Cunene River to the Mayombe Forest (Cabinda).

 
At Expo, whose national motto is "Angola: sustainable development, our commitment," are also presented the programme of the Large Marine Ecosystem of the Benguela Current (BCLME) involving Angola to Namibia and South Africa, and the Current of Guinea (GCLME), comprising 16 countries, including Cameroon, Gabon, Congo Brazzaville and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
