Lubango,  –  The first provincial secretary of JMPLA, Fernando Bartolomeu Cativa, defended in Lubango city, Huila province, that it is important creating management  mechanisms toward integrating and conciliating environment aspects in all programmes of
economic and social development.

 
The political official was speaking at the opening ceremony of the provincial youth environment  forum, directed to members of Huila JMPLA Committee, under the celebration of the 68th  anniversary of the Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, mmemorated on  August 28. 

 
Fernando Cativa said that to attain this purpose it is useful that all sectors of environment  management adopt efficient methods for sustainable development, in order to preserve environment all over the country and in particular in Huíla.
