Luanda – The governor of Luanda Province, Bento Sebastião Bento, last Wednesday in Luanda guaranteed that the problem relating to the heavy traffic in this city will be sorted out in the end of this year.

This was said to the press by the governor after he visited the secondary and tertiary roads repair works taking place in the wards of Mártires de Kifangondo, Cassenda, Prenda, Morro Bento and Palanca.

“We believe that in the coming rainy season the wards that were visited will have no more potholes, which are one of the causes of traffic jam”, he assured.

According to the governor, the work being done will bring about an improvement in the conditions of traffic and urban arrangement of Luanda.

In his assessment visit, the governor was accompanied by the minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando da Fonseca, and technicians of the Provincial Government.
