Benguela
Facelift process of Benfica ward launched

   Benguela – A project to improve the urban infrastructure of Benfica neighbourhood, outskirts of Benguela ity, was launched this Saturday by the deputy administrator, Maria José Garcia.

 

The facelift project will last 18 months to be concluded.

 

According to the deputy administrator of Benguela, Maria Garcia, the work aims at giving a new image to the ward, well known since colonial era, as well as providing higher dignity and accommodation for the residents.

 

The project to improve the Benfica neighbourhood aims also for the economic, social and urban development, and provide improvements in the traffic of different routes.
