Official considers construction of infrastructures positive

Lobito – The secretary of state of construction, José Joanes André, on Friday considered positive the way that integrated infrastructures are being built in the southern Benguela province.

 
According to the official, who was speaking to the press at the end of the visit to assess the  sites where infrastructures are being built, he concluded that the contractor is in conditions to  proceed with the urban rehabilitation process of the cities of Benguela, Lobito, Baia Farta  and of Catumbela village.

 
In these cities, various integrated projects are underway, comprising the construction of new drainage ditches for waste water, sewers, public lighting and asphalting of the main roads.

 
The undertaking covers the rehabilitation of drainage ditches, construction of spurs along the sea coast and the complete rehabilitation of Bairro da Luz ward in the city of Lobito.

 
José Joanes André said the Angolan government's objective is to create decent conditions for  the population.
