Construction minister unveils road infrastructures

Luanda - The minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando Fonseca, is set to inaugurate on June 11-12 road infrastructures in the provinces of Cunene and Huila, in compliance with the schedule of inaugurations superiorly approved by the president, Jose Eduardo dos Santos.


 
According to the programme of inaugurations, which Angop had got access on Friday, among the infrastructures are Cahama/Tchibemba, Cacula/Negola, Negola/Caluquembe, Caluquembe/Cusse road routes and the extension of Chiange in the southern province of Huila.


 
The Cahama/Tchibemba road linking the provinces of Huila and Cunene, with the 64-kilometre extension, was rehabilitated by the company Levon Angola Lda.


 
The three road infrastructures of National Highway 350 make a total of 178 kilometres and were divided into three contractors to ensure greater speed of works.
