Kangandala - The foundation stone for the construction of 200 houses in four of the 14 municipalities of northern Malanje province was laid Tuesday in the city of Kangandala, by the governor, Boaventura Cardoso, and the minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando da Fonseca.

The contract, which initially will benefit the municipalities of Kangandala, Cacuso, Kalandula and Caculama, is part of the National Urbanisation and Housing Programme designed by the Executive and plans to build economic houses in all districts of the country until 2013,.

The Malanje provincial governor, Boaventura Cardoso, said on the occasion the construction of the houses will be a success because the project includes other infrastructures, which will give a better quality to the living of the population.
