Ondjiva – The vice minister of Justice for court sector, João Alves Monteiro, learnt Wednesday about the degree of implementation of infrastructures in the sector, in the districts of Ondjiva and Ombadja, Cunene Province.
The works include the infrastructures for the construction of the justice palace in Ombadja district, on a standstill for three months, and the justice palace in Kwanhama, which will host the notary and registration services, as well as the civil identification department.
On occasion, the deputy minister made it clear that the physical execution of the courthouse Ombadja has reached about 50 percent and that the stoppage was due to breach of contract.
As for the building in Kwanhama, the works that started in January are scheduled to be completed in 2013.
