Urbanisation minister tours four provinces


Luanda - Angolan minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando Fonseca, will assess from Friday the implementation of works in progress in the provinces of Bengo, Malanje (north), Lunda Sul and Moxico (east).

 

 
According to the visiting agenda, delivered to ANGOP Thursday, Fernando Fonseca is expected to end his working visit in the Luena city, eastern Moxico province.

 


The minister will chair the 1st Consultative Council of the Ministry of Urbanisation and Construction between 15 and 16 February, under the theme "Building for the development of Angola.

 


The event will bring together the governors of Lunda Norte, Lunda Sul and Moxico, as well as technicians from the referred ministry.

 

 
The meeting will analyse, among others, the implementation of the housing programme of the country and will focus on the promotion of social housing, through the provision of economic homes and self-directed construction project.
