Conclusion of bridge over Jombo river


Malanje - The works of bridge over the Jombo river, located in the Luquembo district, northern Malanje province, have already been concluded, said Saturday the coordinator of the contract, Victor Ramiro.


 
Victor Ramiro was speaking to the press at the end of a visit paid by the Angolan minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Fernando Fonseca, aimed at assessing the implementation of the infrastructure.

 

He said that all works on the new bridge and access have already been concluded.


 
With 130 metre long and 11m wide the bridge will restore the traffic safety between the provinces of Bie (centre) and Malange).

 

The construction works, in charge of National Road Institute of Angola  (INEA) lasted 2 years and three months.
