Luanda – A delegation headed by the executive director of the Bank for International Cooperation of Japan, Fumio Hoshi is in Luanda since Wednesday aiming to increase bilateral cooperation, specially in financial field.
Speaking to Angop, at the international airport 4 de Fevereiro, the deputy head of Japanese embassy in Angola, Ken Kondo explained that the visit will enable the increment of business relations between the two States aiming to increase Japanese investment in Angola.
According to the programme of visit, the delegation has scheduled a press conference at 5pm at the embassy of Japan.
The entourage that remains in Luanda for 48 hours comprises senior officials of the bank and businessmen from the Asian country.
Angola and Japan established diplomatic relations in 1976 and cooperate in sectors such as transports, Public Works, health, demining and social reintegration.
