Ingombota District's Courthouse repair works partially finished by May

 Luanda - The first phase of the construction works of the “Palace of Justice” (Courthouse), located in Ingombota District, in Luanda, will be concluded in May this year, said the minister of Urbanisation and Construction, José da Silva Ferreira.


Speaking to the press at the end of a visit that served to assess the repair works of the infrastructure, the government official added that the second phase of the project comprises the construction of car-park and an auditorium, which are expected to be ready in December 2010.


With 12 floors, the building also has two basements, ground floor, courtrooms, security systems, emergency stairs, assistance rooms and library, at an area of 23 square meters.


The infrastructure will also comprise the offices for the Attorney General Department, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, among other organs.
