Luanda – The National Housing Institute (INH) will award on Friday, in Luanda, the building contracts for the re-launch of the second phase of Nova Vida Housing Project, which was approved by the Cabinet Council in 2009.
The National Housing Institute expects to build 2.562 houses.
According to a press note from the company in charge of selling the houses, which reached ANGOP on Thursday, the first residences will be ready by the second semester of this year.
The document underlines that the construction works will be concluded some of them in June 2010 and others in December 2011.
The document also reads that the contractors will monthly provide the sketch of residences conclusion process, on which the handover plan for each month has to be outlined.
The press release adds that the houses will be handed over to the buyers who pay up with their own money or credit up to the agreed date and amount.
The National Housing Institute will follow up the implementation of the second phase of this project.
