Ndalatando – The governor of the northern Kwanza Norte province, Henrique André Júnior, has re-inaugurated the district administration of Lukala, as part of the celebrations of  4th February, the beginning of national armed struggle", that led to the country 's independence.

 
Rehabilitated and fitted with new equipments, the facilities cost AKz 28.6 million.

 
Henrique Júnior, who was accompanied by the local government officials, chieftains, religious and political leaders, visited the construction of mortuary and rehabilitation works of the first cycle school and the laundry of the local hospital.
 

He also assessed the progress of expansion of electrical power as well as the construction of a medical centre at Helegi village.
