Portuguese banking official praises Angola's reconstruction process

Luanda – The CEO of the Espirito Santo bank, Ricardo Espírito Santo Salgado, praised on Tuesday here the implementation of the country's reconstruction process, having highlighted the construction of infrastructures. 

 

The official made this comment during the inauguration ceremony of the Escom building, one of tallest undertakings of the country, situated in Kinaxixi ward, Ingombota district (Luanda).

 

Ricardo Salgado congratulated the Angolan government for the project, having considered important the development being verified in the country, especially in areas crucial for people’s wellbeing.


According to the banking official, businesspeople should invest and contribute to the reconstruction of the country without fear.

 

The Escom building, measuring 102 metres tall, comprises 24 floors with 11 residential areas, five restaurants, two car parks, four commercial centres and various offices.
