Political expert considers Constitutional Court's ruling predictable

Luanda - The political expert Sebastião Izata on Thursday here said that the decision of the constitutional court rejecting the appeal filed UNITA, PRS and the coalition CASA-CE on the August 31, 2012 was already predictable, Angop has learnt.

In an interview to the state-run Angola National Radio (RNA), Sebastião Izata said that this was due to the weakness of the arguments presented by the mentioned political organizations, adding that the decision of the court is based on the law and facts.

He reminded that the National Electoral Commission (CNE) had considered the claims as out of the context, without the demanded requirements and there were not accompanied by enough proofs.
