Official stresses civic training on election

Sumbe - The vice governor of Kwanza Sul province for Economic Affairs, Mateus de Brito, on Friday here considered that the training of active conscience of citizens is a determining factor for the electoral process, Angop has learnt.

Mateus de Brito said so at the opening of a programme of talks being held by the prosecuting counsel in Kwanza-Sul, under the civic education electoral campaign, that aims at raising the citizens social conscience, in the ambit of the August 31, 2012 general elections.

"We want that the elections take place  in an ordered and urban manner, taking into account the respect to political difference", he said.
