Stélvio to miss match against Algeria

Luanda – Angolan football player, Stelvio, representing the national team in the Orange African Cup of Nations (Angola 2010) will miss next game against Algeria, on Monday, after receiving the second yellow card during the match with Malawi, last Thursday.

Stelvio, who plays for União de Leiria in Portugal, had played the two first matches of the Angolan national team against Mali and Malawi, whose scores were respectively, 4-4, 2-0.

So, coach Manuel José will face one more problem to choose the main team for the third match on Monday, as Dedé will not be ready for the same game and Gilberto, Djalma, Zuela and Flávio may be available only on Saturday.

The African Cup of Nations is being played in the provinces of Luanda, Benguela, Huíla and Cabinda. This event will last on January 31 and is being attended by 15 African football teams.
