Luanda – Angola Airlines Company (TAAG) and Royal Air Maroc firm signed on Friday night in Luanda a Code-Share agreement, due to the opening of Casablanca/Luanda/Casablanca route by Moroccan company.

At the occasion, the director of Air Morocco for Africa, Mohammed Maali, told the press that his company aims to contribute to the reinforcement of economic ties, as well as boosting tourism between Morocco and Angola.

At the first phase, Royal Air Maroc will use Boeing 737, with a capacity for 167 passengers.

Mohammed Maali said that a bigger plane may be used in this route if the market demands.

The agreement was signed by TAAG’ director, Rui Carreira, and Moroccan Mohammed Maali.
