Sumbe - The governor of the central Kwanza-Sul Province, Serafim do Prado, on Sunday appealed for the understanding and collaboration of the inhabitants of Sumbe, Porto Amboim and Amboim, in the restructuring works of these cities which started this month.
The official said so while speaking to the state-run Angola Public Television (TPA) and Angola National Radio (RNA) to which he was invited to speak on the province's situation.
"I would like to say to inhabitants of Sumbe, Gabela and Porto Amboim that the problems will continue for a long time, as the restructuring process has its constraints”, he said, further calling the population to support the building firm in charge of the works.
