Angolan Writer considers theatre very important tool for education
The Angolan writer, Maria Eugénia Neto, said on Monday in Luanda that theatre, despite being an art expression and social criticism, contributes to people’s education both for adults and children in moralisation of their good behaviour.

Speaking to Angop on theatre as an educational tool, the writer defended that the theatre could be used to convey a positive message to society with the educational purpose so as shape the man’s personality , taking in account his well-being and active participation in the country.
“Theatre conveys information on the dangers of drug consumption, domestic violence, among other various risks, that the community faces. Theatre can help us to fight against these bad practices”, said the writer.
